Why monthly?
Because protection is ongoing, not transactional.
Even when we are not physically onsite, your property remains under structured monitoring, documentation, and service priority. Monthly billing:

If activity occurs between scheduled visits under an active service plan, we evaluate and respond based on documented conditions and coverage terms.
