Our goal is long-term stability, not simply following a schedule. Time since your last completed service is one of several factors we consider—but it’s never the only one.
Every recommendation considers the current condition of your property, its surrounding environment, seasonal pest pressure, the progress we’ve made toward long-term stability, and your own expectations for pest activity.
The recommendations below correspond to our recurring service options:
Premium Guard – Monthly service, typically recommended for properties requiring the highest level of ongoing protection working toward stability..
Protect Plus – Bi-monthly service (every two months), recommended for many homes that have reached good stability while maintaining a proactive level of protection.
Quarterly Care – Quarterly service (every three months), appropriate for many stable properties with lower pest pressure.
Initial Protect - Evaluation & Treatment – When enough time has passed that we can no longer confidently rely on the previous treatment, we begin with a fresh evaluation and an initial service. This allows us to assess current conditions, address active issues, and establish a stable starting point before recommending ongoing service.
The table below reflects our typical recommendation based on the number of days since your last completed service. Because every property is different, the final recommendation may vary based on the factors described above.
Every recommendation considers several factors, not just the number of days since your last service.
Time since your last completed service helps us understand how much protection may have diminished.
Current property conditions tell us whether your home is stable or whether pest pressure has begun to increase.
Seasonal and environmental conditions—such as weather, moisture, surrounding woods, nearby water, and current pest activity—can all influence what your property needs.
Your expectations matter, too. Some homeowners are comfortable seeing the occasional spider in the garage or insects outdoors. Others prefer the highest practical level of prevention and want even minor activity addressed quickly. Neither approach is right or wrong. We simply want to recommend the level of service that best matches both your property and your expectations.
Our goal is never to recommend more service than you reasonably need—only the level of protection most likely to keep your property stable over time.
