Initial Service Preparation

Your initial service establishes the baseline for ongoing pest management. This visit includes inspection, documentation, and treatment where indicated. Clear access and simple preparation ensure the service is effective and efficient.

What This Visit Includes

The initial service is designed to assess current conditions and begin structured protection.

  • Exterior inspection and foundation treatment
  • Interior inspection where needed
  • Identification of contributing conditions
  • Targeted treatment based on findings
  • Documentation establishing the property baseline

Before We Arrive

Please complete the following prior to your scheduled visit:

  • Ensure clear access around the exterior foundation
  • Secure pets where applicable
  • Remove or cover pet food and water bowls, toys and bedding
  • Pick up children's toys from areas to be treated
  • Store exposed food and clear kitchen counters where accessible
  • Provide access to necessary interior areas
  • Inform us of any specific concerns or operational restrictions

There is no need to empty cabinets or move large furniture unless discussed in advance.

After Service

You may notice temporary pest activity as insects contact treated areas. This is normal during the stabilization period.

Results improve as protection settles in and the property transitions into its ongoing management schedule.

Conditions should settle over the following days as treatments take effect.
