Why Are Some Properties Monthly and Others Quarterly?

No Contracts. Just the Right Service Schedule.

One of the first questions we hear is: "Do I have to sign a contract?"

No.

At Tire Swing, you're free to pause or discontinue service any time. Ongoing service should continue because it provides value, not because a contract requires it.

In stead of contracts, we focus on understanding your property and recommending the service interval that best fits its current needs.

Every Property Is Different

Every property experiences pest pressure differently.

Surrounding woods, moisture, landscaping, nearby water, construction, sanitation, and seasonal conditions all influence how a property responds over time.

That's why we don't recommend the same service interval for everyone.

Some properties remain stable with quarterly service. Others benefit from bi-monthly or monthly visits.

Our Goal Is Stability

You'll often hear us talk about finding the "sweet spot."

Our goal isn't to recommend the most frequent service possible. It's to recommend the least frequent service interval that still maintains reliable protection.

As your property changes over time, your recommended service interval may change with it.

Some Services Follow Different Schedules

General pest management is built around the stability of your property.

Some specialized services — including mosquito, flea, tick, German cockroach, bed bug, and certain rodent programs — follow specific treatment schedules based on the biology of the target pest and the results we're working to achieve.

When that's the case, we'll explain the recommended schedule and why it matters.

"Everything Looks Good. Can I Skip This Visit?"

Yes. There's no contract requiring you to continue service.

But it's important to understand what changes when the service interval changes.

In many cases, the reason everything looks good is because your property has been maintained consistently over time.

Recurring service isn't just about today's pests. It's about your property's changing conditions.

Why Would My Service Rate Change?

Recurring service rates are tied to maintaining your selected service interval.
